* Frames are made using a high quality printing process. No vinyl is used. Wording will not peel or rub off.
* We use sturdy, high quality 1/2 inch thick mdf boards. These prevent warping for a quality finished product.
* Frames can be hung by the included keyhole hook, or can be used free standing with the enclosed peg stand.
* Due to monitor variances, colors shown may vary slightly from the finished product.
* This is a personalized, custom item. Some variances in design may be present due to fitting custom text. Artist discretion will be used for placement.

Returns
Due to multiple parties, including the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to effectively manage inventory. Actual stock levels may fluctuate at any moment. It is possible that stock may run out after your order has been placed.
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If you have passed 30 days by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer an exchange or refund.
You can only return an item if it is unused and still in the same condition as when you first received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
